From The West Rt. 17 east from Binghamton to Exit 96
Livingston Manor. Follow signs to Livingston Manor. Turn Right
on Road #149. Go 5 miles and turn right on Stump Pond Road. (top
of hill at rock cut) Go 1/2 mile, turn right on J. Young Road.
Go 1/2 mile to Festival entrance.
From The East
New York State Thruway north to Exit 16 Harriman. Take Rt. 17
west to Exit 96 Livingston Manor. Follow signs to Livingston
Manor. Turn Right on Road #149. Go 5 miles and turn right on
